Dave, I also wanted to give you some feedback on Mark Sicora from Bell Mortgage. You had given us his name and we were working with him on the financing for our now failed venture. Mark was terrific. Extremely responsive and informed. I also found him very good at speaking common language in terms of what we should or should not do on the financing piece.
